Request deletion of your Bartabox account and saved data.
This form does not delete data immediately. It prepares an email to [email protected]; after you send it, the team verifies ownership before starting the request.
How the request works

- 3The support team verifies ownership and keeps you informed about the request.
Data covered by the request
After ownership is verified, we delete or separate your identity from:
- Connected Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp details.
- Saved customer messages and order drafts.
- Your business profile and team access.
- Encrypted connection tokens stored for the account.
Some billing or legal records may be kept for as long as required.
