Instructions and form for purging your connected Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp profiles from Bartabox.
What happens when you delete?
When we process a data deletion request, the following information is permanently purged or anonymized:
- Connected Meta API tokens & Page credentials.
- WhatsApp Business Account configurations.
- Stored customer chat histories and order drafts.
- Business profile definitions, users, and staff roles.
Please note that we may retain certain analytical log templates or accounting transaction records strictly to comply with legal compliance audits, tax filings, or platform compliance reviews.
Data is deleted within 30 days of receiving a verified request.
