Welcome to Bartabox (referred to as "Bartabox", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our web applications, dashboards, and messaging interfaces. By creating an account or connecting your channels, you agree to comply with these terms.

1Acceptance of Terms

By signing in, connecting a channel, or accessing the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or registered online shop, you warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2Business Use Only

Bartabox is an operational inbox tool intended solely for commercial, trade, or professional business use. It is designed to assist online sellers, F-commerce shops, and small enterprises in managing customer communications. You agree that the service will not be used for personal, family, or household messaging.

3Compliance with Meta & Platform Policies

Because Bartabox integrates with external channels, you must strictly comply with all rules and agreements issued by their respective platforms:

  • Meta Platform Terms: You are responsible for ensuring that your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts comply with Meta Developer Policies and Business Policies.
  • WhatsApp Business Policy: All messages, replies, and notifications sent via WhatsApp must follow the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Policy.
  • Official API Access: Bartabox only supports official business APIs. Attempting to bypass limits using unofficial browser extensions, scraper scripts, or unofficial account clones is strictly prohibited.

4Prohibited Uses & Anti-Spam Guidelines

Bartabox is built for **inbound customer support and sales conversion**. You agree not to use the service for:

  • Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to customers who have not messaged you first.
  • Conducting fraudulent schemes, scams, or phishing for banking details.
  • Harassing customers or sending offensive/threatening contents.
  • Selling or promoting illegal goods, weapons, prescription drugs, or restricted items violating local laws or Meta commerce rules.

5Automation & Human Escalation

While Bartabox provides AI-powered reply templates and automated responses, you retain full operational oversight. You are responsible for:

  • Configuring and approving reply guidelines to ensure customer requests are answered accurately.
  • Providing clear options for customers to request a human agent (e.g., providing phone support or manual team escalation).
  • Regularly reviewing automated drafts and system logs.

6Account Suspension & Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and disconnect your messaging APIs immediately if:

  • You violate local laws or platform policies (e.g., receiving repeated spam flags on WhatsApp).
  • You engage in reverse engineering, server abuse, or tampering with security systems.
  • You fail to settle recurring subscription charges (if applicable).

7Fees & Subscription Models

Access to specific inbox limits, AI draft credits, and connected pages may be subject to pricing plans. All fees are invoiced according to the plan terms selected at signup. Subscription details, billing cycles, and refund guidelines are outlined during service onboarding.

8Limitation of Liability

Bartabox and SoftWebGrove shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, messages, or sales volume) resulting from system downtime, api deprecations by Meta, account suspensions enacted by third parties, or AI translation/reply errors. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
