How Bartabox Uses Your Data

1What We Collect

• Account name, email, phone number, and protected login data.
• Business name, address, website, products or services, prices, stock, and delivery rules.
• Connected Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp account IDs and connection tokens.
• Customer messages, names, phone numbers, addresses, and order details.
• System logs used to find errors, protect the service, and understand features.

2Why We Use It

We use this data to show messages, prepare useful replies, keep orders together, protect accounts, fix problems, and improve Bartabox.

3How AI Uses Messages

Bartabox may send message text to an AI service to prepare a reply or find order details. The service depends on your account setup. Check the AI provider’s rules before turning AI on.

4Optional Meta Ads Measurement

If you consent, Bartabox uses Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure only selected marketing events: approved public page views, explicitly marked CTA clicks, successful registration, checkout creation, and payment confirmed by a verified gateway webhook or authenticated status lookup. Browser and server copies of the same event share an event ID for deduplication.

This may include the page path, a fixed CTA code, random or pseudonymous identifiers, Meta _fbp/_fbc browser identifiers, and—for billing events—the product code, BDT currency, and total value. We do not send URL queries, form text, names, emails, phone numbers, messages, passwords, OTPs, payment credentials, customer orders, or addresses.

From Pixel's browser request, Meta can receive ordinary technical context such as IP address, browser/user-agent, the current query-free URL, referrer origin, and public page title. Bartabox does not separately add these fields to Conversions API.

Conversions API is not used to bypass your choice. Until you consent, Pixel does not load and no ads-measurement event is sent. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

5Who We Share Data With

We do not sell customer data. We share only what is needed with hosting, database, AI, Meta, courier, and payment services that help Bartabox work. We may share required data when the law asks us to.

6How Long We Keep It

We keep business data while the account is active. Billing or legal records may be kept for as long as required. You can ask us to delete the account and saved data.

7How We Keep It Safe

• Your browser connection to Bartabox is encrypted.
• Secret channel and AI keys are encrypted when stored.
• Access is limited to people and systems that need it.
