What Bartabox Does

Bartabox is a unified communication dashboard and CRM designed for small online businesses in Bangladesh. It aggregates customer messages from connected Facebook Pages, WhatsApp Business Accounts, and Instagram Direct channels so merchants can organize conversations, view buyer history, and create Cash on Delivery (COD) order drafts.

How Businesses Connect Channels

Sellers connect their channels through standard Meta Developer App authentication flows:

1. The merchant logs into Bartabox and visits the Settings dashboard.
2. They click "Connect Page" or "Connect WhatsApp", initiating the standard Meta OAuth dialog.
3. Once authenticated, Bartabox receives a secure, limited-scope Access Token.
4. Webhooks are established to monitor incoming messages on the connected pages.

Inbound Sync & Messaging Operations

• Webhooks: Inbound messages trigger Meta webhooks which sync the conversation thread into the merchant's Bartabox dashboard.
• AI Suggestion Flow: Upon message receipt, the system matches the text against the merchant's catalog to generate a reply draft. The merchant reviews the draft and approves the response, or modifies it manually before hitting send.
• Outbound Delivery: Approved replies are routed back to the client via Meta Graph APIs.

Human Escalation & Intervention

Bartabox prioritizes human oversight to prevent automation loops:

1. Pausing Automation: As soon as a store manager or staff member types a response or opens a chat window, automated reply suggestion pipelines are temporarily deactivated for that customer.

2. Call Escalation:Customers are provided options to trigger human escalation by requesting a voice call or directly messaging the seller's support staff using standard support channels.
